Starting from a single print-based event poster, I developed a full
motion graphics package including a dimensional 3D environment,
intro sequence, and on-screen broadcast elements.
The original design was created strictly for print in Photoshop, with no
consideration for motion. My role was to translate that static
composition into a cohesive, cinematic system for video.
The poster established the visual language:
A central plaque with ornate typography
Archaeological elements (stone, pottery, tools)
Warm, directional lighting with historical tone
This served as the sole source of truth for color,
composition, and thematic direction.

Rather than animating the poster directly,
I rebuilt the scene as a dimensional environment.
Key decisions:
Preserve the plaque as the focal anchor
Separate foreground, midground, and background into usable depth layers
Extend the environment to support camera movement and parallax
Maintain the original tone while increasing realism and spatial clarity
